Our policy offers NO RETURN POLICY. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, for any products purchased, due to Covid. We Do Not Honor buyers remorse. 
Products that are opened, and/or have a void label broken, you may contact us directly via email and we can resolve this issue.
SHIPPING - in the event a product is shipped and it takes more than expected, a Store Credit Gift Card will be issued, if customer requests a return. 
Promo Code Not Use At Payment 
In the event, you did not, use an active Promo Code. We will Issue a refund of a
Store Credit Gift Card, in the amount that should have been discounted.
